I think Mass Exam should give u the previous stage buffs as well. So 20% crit, 20% max, 10% Actions speed (instead of def ignore) and 10% phy/mag on Stage 4. Considering it has like what 70 sec downtime with concentrated els essence?

I dont play OM but imo he needs better kits. Since everyone is now a universal healer, OM lost his advantage over other healers. He is pretty much a worse AV atp.
I think there should be a mech where each time he removes Overtreatment with Immunity, it turns them into a buff instead.
Each time Overtreatment is removed, gains "Steady Recovery" buff for 5 seconds for the character that got their Overtreatment removed.
Steady Recovery: Super Armor state, Max HP and MP increase

Speaking of immunity, the original skill had a smol bug related to host back then where the pt doesn't actually able to receive the buff
Idk if it's fixed now but haven't seen it recently

cuz the "immunity" from Immunity prevents u from refreshing the buff cuz u cant get Overtreatment

kinda weird that they decided to nerf his supports instead of his DPS considering he is a support char.

does his ASD buff give him any advantage compared to other chars? Other support chars buffs things like phys/mag attack power, crit dmg, brav/str dmg and even damage taken increase debuff. Do u think OM can somehow compete with these other supports with his current kit?

I see. Well DA is known for 100% SA uptime and RaS with her resets and being the best freezer in the game. Apart form the Action speed u mentioned. This is why I think OM needs a bit more stuff on his kit. Nothing too drastic but lets say a decent SA would be a massive help

Gets Detox back to 12% and Stimpack gets buffed to 12% too, making it back to a total of 20% attack with Mass Examination

So I looked up in Elwiki
Caster really doesn't receive the bonus of 1.25 except for 25% shred (as it's debuff in the opponent)
But buff-wise it's ok

And also, 10s to use skills without caring for DMP cost
