Creeping Terror is Catastrophe's staple passive, it's what the class revolves around. However, as it stands now, it's far too awkward and inconvenient to the player.
The issue with Creeping Terror is the need for Catastrophe to be behind the enemy. Not all enemies have backs, and it seems the developers have forgotten about CaT, because new bosses are still being created that have no back. The Band-Aid fix added to this issue was having the skill Phantom Blade, but this doesn't solve the problem at hand. CaT is STILL missing out on that 15% skill damage boost. Phantom Blade also has a long cooldown for a tenacity, 11 seconds!
Furthermore, Creeping Terror does not work with Green Exascale Armor. CaT can't make use of it because they need to constantly apply Phantom Blade before casting Apollyon because Apollyon consumes all Creeping Terror stacks. Now you have to waste time reapplying the buff, which has a 1 second reapplication debuff on its own, and before you know it, the Green Exascale buff is gone.
EDIT: I didn't realize, but Remnant of Fear's buffs also goes away once Apollyon is casted.
I have a couple of ideas on how we can solve these issues: The first is to have Creeping Terror apply if the enemy is hit, regardless of where they are hit. The next is to remove Apollyon absorbing Creeping Terror Stacks. Have the Darkness Demon get larger and hit harder depending on the amount of stacks the enemy has, similar to how Innocent's Eschaton works. Lastly, decrease the cooldown of Phantom Blade.
EDIT 2: Turns out Apollyon absorbing creeping terror isn't even the only problem. Supreme Punishment is constantly eating up stacks via Burst of Terror, so Apollyon doesn't always even take full stacks. Fix this.
