If you get the email you are guaranteed (and have the right to pester KOG CS about) the KC. On the other hand if you don't have the email you "may" be able to get KC, but you can't be angry if you don't get it.

Kchings are handed manually, they do not have automated system for handing kchings. Just send a ticket and be patient.
