This only happens when im partying with 5-6 people. When theres 4 people all attacking at once im getting at least 20 - 30 fps. But even then my point still kind of stands
Try to play at the lowest settings aside from the effect selection and "close" Anti Aliasing and Map Anisotrpic Filter. Also consider turning off others skill visuality. It's a unfortunate normality for the game to lag to bits in raids. Try to use skills as dmg invulnerability against all normal attacks and reserve dodging to the telegraphed attacks in rosso.
There are also some classes known to be fps killers with some of their skills, like
,
or

On top of Inside Mirror's advice, you can customize your settings even further. To be bare bones and unflashy, but still high quality enough to recognize attacks (in my opinion). Here's my set up:
Could you add Graphics page as well?
Upgrade your PC.
Semi whaling haha
resolution is whatever ur comfortable with for ur screen
Effect must ALWAYS be on middle or high
since u cannot see even enemy attacks with it on low
tho once ur comfortable with the game u can put it on low since you'll just know whats gonna happen
is window mode better than full screen mode?
personal preference
i alt tab a lot
windowed just makes it easy for me to click out of the screen and work on background stuff
havent played full screen since 2020
guess its more prone to freezing if u do full screen and alt tab?
You can also try lowering your PC settings. I followed this video, and it feels like it helps with my FPS

Granted, it’s for windows. Not sure for other operating systems
I would be wary of such things if I were you.
A full screen would probably make it smoother...
This is how I have mine set up, btw, sorry I missed this earlier.
yeah. the 2 things i truly followed was deleting the temp files + changing my power setting to "high performance". I agree that you should really be careful
