#Change skills that scale smoothly with combat power

I disagree, then with this change you would effectively nerf all of the low cp players to the point that it’s not worth playing at all.
Also it would make leveling that much harder as well and much more of an eyesore than a benefit.
Also it would make people with 15m cp much more broken to the point that all skills would be gutted to the point that not a single one would be usable by anyone.

I dont see whats wrong on what i suggested maybe we are thinking on something different, what im thinking is same number we have right now but still get effects for having less than the needed, something like that, like lets say the skill is 2% and at second stage gets another 2% for a 4%, instead of just getting that extra 2% i was thinking it would go in increments of lets say 0.1% until it gets there
Im not saying anything about decreasing the actual %
