u get some extra atk% and asd in exchange for vos having some extra mpr

• dont do infinite normal dmg

fire proc burning like 10-15 mp in total seems kinda huge

ig the problem is that additional fire procs dont rly help u bc xtra stacks or w/e dont increase mp burn, so if u hit a lot + fast, which every1 can do now bc aspds r thru the roof relative 2 when element values were set, u'd get relatively more value out of elements that dont have soft cap 2 their value like water/wind

and in 2s u dont always have luxury of doing slower stuff unless u r playing support...
