Idk if EW is the worst laby or not. I think its RaS but with awk being nerfed I can see the argument for it being EW atleast (tho I still think its RaS).

It's just the labies are all individually good at something. And the thing RaS is good at is stupid unbreakable damage setups that are easy to land on two ppl.

EW is just good at controlling ppl (bit less now that awk is nerfed). But how good you are at controlling ppl depends on how much knowledge you have of the cast you're fighting. Cant control something that you don't understand. NL kinda same as EW except weirder control options but more dmg.

So everyone just flocks to TP and RaS cuz unga bunga dmg.

I wouldnt do it unless it meets 4 conditions:

-mobo kept clean and well
-owner can prove that its near good condition(and have real pictures)
-if prices are reasonable
-if the mobo is for older Xean cpus(which the cpus are cheap, but a good condition mobo for it is a kidney.)

Bonus: if the owner had the build for under a year and is giving you the mobo and cpu, I'd like to see some testing, or some proof of stable power.

Also if this is for Ryzen, check with the person to see if they updated the BIOS.
That one of the major thing to worry about for ryzen cpus
