at worst, the sucker decided to top up their storage and left little to no room for temp files. so when elsword tries to load a skill without a temp file being set up, it searches for the temp file and fails, then has to go digging for the source of skill effects and such to load it in the match. but by the time the skill ended, it was too late to start calculating numbers and decided to forget it and acted like it never happened. Plus, it won't be able to set up a new temp file to load things faster so it'll repeat itself again when it happens.

as much as i like to complain, the lag you see or how i refer it as "desync" it pretty darn common and no amount of good internet will save you if everyone you play with is more than 500 miles away from the common server access.
game is built in korea and the player sync is designed for Korea.
until the day the game decided to have some form of "good" roll back connection, always expect this lag/desync and just become a glue eater.

3 CeTs in triple, literally unbeatable, because mod Tactical Field gave you invincibility at that time
pair with the fact that CeT gained 200% MP gain on enemies with commander's mark (before nerf), Tact field would refund its own cost from hitting someone
now put 3 CeTs together, where Tact field also regains MP per sec on its own, but tripled because each tact field gave mp to each CeT
there was another one I forgot who it was
though this wasn't the first instance, back in 2016 when Ain released, everyone had PvP/PvE tooltip divisions, EXCEPT AIN
which lead to BL being a menace in PvP due to his heal not being adjusted for PvP, so double BL could heal forever and you outright couldn't kill them
now, all of these examples could be solved by just nerfing them, which they did
but then you look at today:

You can play Eve in pvp without spring stepping with you will have a better time with her if you know how to spring step. Spring stepping with CU will be very handy for you.

And honestly once you get past the realization that sometimes in Elsword you just lose over and over. The matches stop feeling that bad. Can focus more on what you did wrong or right and improve on it instead of the outcome of the game really.
