Xaero Minimaps and worldmap -> gives you a map or minimap, you can set waypoints to mark important areas and teleport between them only with cheats

Jade -> Shows the name of the block and which mod it is from also very useful for modpacks

Just enough items (JEI) -> List of things you can craft, very useful for med-heavy modpacks

Just Enough Breeding (JEBr) -> Shows the breeding cooldown

Waystones -> Allows you to teleport between waystones and long distances. Not really vanilla friendly and personally too op

AppleSkin -> Shows you the amount you will heal and the amount of hunger you will restore, it also shows you your saturation

hey guys so i need a bit of help

So essentially I’m looking for a fantasy / dark fantasy mod pack with magic, new weapons and new bosses. Any world gen and new structures / biomes and dimensions would be great. However there are already a lot of these, what I’m looking for is one that uses mods such as axiomtool or world edit or anything that allows me to build large structures faster. I’m an avid builder but I’ve got a job now and I just don’t have the time to spend making massive structures block by block. Any decorations mods such as macaws or similar would be great as well.

The main issue I’ve been having is finding a modpack that has all the fantasy, weapons and boss elements but WITHOUT any of the BS levelling and progression systems. I’m not very keen on quest systems either but it’s not as bad as the other 2. If I want to play an rpg I’ll go play one. What I want is a modpack that gives me all those fantasy elements but retains the core identity and feeling of mc. Better combat is ok so I’m not too bothered if it’s there as well but if not even better.

I’ve tried making my own modpacks but it’s been quite complicated and finding all the mods I want takes ages. I’m also pretty inexperienced with this stuff so that doesn’t help. I’ve been told on curseforge there are methods to edit the mod lists of modpacks? So if anyone can educate me on modpacks or how to edit them I’d be grateful

Hi. I really try to find nutrition system like in TFC. Do somebody knows is it possible to install it separately? All nitritions that i find is overcomlicated or overpowered with giving bunch of effects just drinking water. Now i use "Vitality", it is nearly what i want. I need to be forced to eat some varied food with some small bonuces and penalties, not annoying, not cheating effects.

I've been thinking of playing a sort of ice age themed mod pack with alex's caves to have those dino caves.
Thing is, the only mod I know of that makes the world frozen, is Primal winter.
But the thing with that is, for whatever reason, That mod specifically just tanks the performance of my game. I'm talking long loading times on everything, and low FPS. Which is weird, because my PC can usually run pretty high quality shaders without issue.
Anyways,
Are there any alternatives to primal winter which could make the world cold and snowy?
Also, If anyone has any guesses as to what could be causing the issues with primal winter, I'd appreciate that too.
But for right now, I'm just trying to see if there are alternatives.

I know it exists, but there was a mod for 1.20 that forcibly removed any block/entity you set from rendering on your screen.
Usually used for debugging purposes to avoid it crashing your game (so you can fix the problem.)

Posting in here hoping someone can help. There is a modpack that had Iron's Spells and Spellbooks in it and FTB Quests. In the quest system it had the quests aligned with the "schools of magic" however I CANNOT seem to find which modpack that was now. I think it was a well known one but I've been looking all day and can't seem to find it. I thought I'd post here and maybe someone would know.
