It's a bit different from both actually. But if I were to compare it's more like AE2 but Create styled

And it uses something called stock links and packagers to connect containers to the network and the stock ticker is like the controller but needs either a blaze burner or a mob to be placed in a seat next to it to be able to access the UI

-a fully flushed out quest book (I like having goals to follow that I don't have to come up with)

-at least 150-200 mods (anything more is a bit much for my laptop to handle)

-a good variety of mods (including magic, mobs, dimensions, bosses) ((excluding most tech except for Mekanism because its the only one i really understand))

-i also adore the origins mods, so that would be ideal but not required

For a bit of context, my most played modpacks on Curseforge besides a custom server one is the Cottage Witch: Recast pack by HeyKatu and AllTheMods 9.

I am looking for a mod that changes how enchantments work. If added to an anvil, it adds the total level of the enchantments. So 2+2 becomes lvl 4. And I believe it also allowed the enchantments to go way beyond the vanilla level. I am unsure what version of mc it was

Modpacks aren’t ment to be installed without a launcher, they only have a list of links/project ids to the mods/resources that need to be downloaded, they don’t contain the actual files

Hello i'm looking for 2 mods.
Firstly, a mod that allows you to choose the trades of the villagers, whether it's the price or the items on both sides (without creating a character pnj). Basically, it's like a normal pnj. Because I use the one that only lets you put the book in the library and that's it.

And the second is a mod to be able to assemble enchantments that normally aren't possible, like bane of arthropods and sharpness or protection with blast protection etc, because someone had recommended a mod to me but it doesn't work.

No, actually, it's not because there's a command that people don't use mods , it's the opposite. Since commands require permissions, they can't be used in hardcore. So people playing in hardcore who want to do that in survival need a mod that does it without "cheating."
Also, if I set the villager to level 1 and give it just two trades at the beginning, then trade with it and it levels up , will it get the normal additional trades, or will it be limited to the two I set?

There’s no easy way to do it manually, u could just install a launcher, download a modpack, then completely close the launcher and move the files over to your manual instance, but keep in mind curseforge isn’t the only launcher, there are ones like gdlauncher or prism which use less ram

Maybe some of yall can help, there is a mod me and my girlfriend used to play and we want to get back into it but can’t find it. It ran through Aternos, was a dungeon style mod, I clearly remember having a big sword that I drug behind me like guts but it was silver with like red vines or flesh going up it and it had some special abilities that I can’t recall, it also had an area that had these style signs in one of the dungeons but that picture is from prominence 2 which isn’t the mod pack.
