Optifine is never worth using nowdays, it's buggy, incompatible with everything and is worse at boosting the game's performance compared to Sodium/Embeddium

I suggest (if you haven't already made a modpack) then downloading a optimization modpack for 1.16.5 forge so you'll get the best peformance possible without having to check if some of the optimization mods you've downloaded dont work too well with eachother. Dragons (my bf loves them)
Magic (Botania, ars nouveau or any other magic mod)
Some automation (like create or anything that would allow me to do cool stuff with crops and animals)
Some dungeon and nice weapons
New beautiful biomes
NO Skills thing.
Original mods, like the bee production, or the doggy talent mod
the basics: backpack, ore excavator, maps.
Nice stuff to create a base, kitchen etc.
1.20 something
No more than 270 mods !

As for a mod that uses AI to generate structures from descriptions, it doesn't actually exist (obviously, such a mod would either require internet access to call APIs and need lots of parameters, or become extremely large in size). Therefore, the solution is to first generate a 3d model on an AI website and then convert it into a .nbt or .litematica file.
