I'm new to modded minecraft and am looking for a quest focused mod pack, semi linearish hopefully. My biggest problem with Vanilla minecraft, and the reason I personally prefer terraria, is the lack of clear cut progression which is something I'm hoping to alleviate with molded minecraft, so any suggestions are welcome, I'd also love if it's a ___block (sky, stone, sea, ect.) Just because those have always appealed to me.

I can't remember the name of it, but one I remember liking, at least while watching it, was a Wizard themed Skyblock that started you with infinite wood, infinite cobble, and creative flight, and your end goal was to make (and optionally automate) "The Real Clay" which was like, the endest game item from 8 diffrent mods smashed together in a Draconic special crafting machine multiblock, and I wanted to know if that's one that both you knew the name of and that you'd suggest to me

If you want one for the latest version of minecraft, Craftoria isn't a bad choice! But if you want to play an older pack, Farming Valley is a great one and I would definitely recommend it but it does have some tiny difficulty to it so keep that in mind

Well, Farming Valley is meant to be inspired by Stardew Valley but still be minecraft in it's own thing and I think there are quests in that pack too. However, I know Craftoria has over 1300 quests and most of them are mainly to teach players about certain mods but there are also a bunch related to exploration. But there are also mods like Farmer's Delight and other cooking mods as well as quite a few decoration mods in it

One thing you could do, is to make a quest using FTB Quests with the add-on that fixes so everyone who hit the mob/boss within the last 5 minutes will get the quest completed

I was looking for a mod I had seen prior but I can't recall what the name of it was. I know it added content underneath bedrock & above the nether ceiling. It added structures, items & other stuff with the nether ceiling & below the bedrock giving them a sort of liminal theming a lot like the backrooms. I would say that prominence II is still one of the best adventure based packs to this day. It does have some stuff like Create in it but that’s pretty much the only tech mod except for Powah and they aren’t really required to do stuff with. It also has Tom’s simple storage mod and AE2 for storage

hi, im trying to build gold farms above the nether roof while i have betternether
I installed the mod increasing the world height to 1024 so i can build above the nether roof but as soon as you fly above the roof, the biome switches from whatever it was to minecraft:plains. is there a way i can increase the biome height via config or another mod?

i love the new textures in this but idk why they got rid of the different wood textures for sinks and such. there's also ONLY a white color for them. plus the electricity thing kinda ruins the mod as a whole imo, especially when you have other energy mods installed. just adds unnecessary things. id love to be able to use electricity from create new age to power appliances but cfm's so basic and incompatible with anything
