there are files called .snbt (in config/ftbquests/main) or something, if you take a popular pack like ATM OR Enigmatica, you can take their quest lines and implement into your own private pack (just so you aren't distributing their quests). You can drag the files in and it should transfer over.

I believe there's a also a GUI for editting the quests. /ftb_quests editing_mode

There is an older mod i have been looking for for a while now, but i cannot seem to find it (1.7.10 mod i think?)
It mostly added small planetoids with their own gravity that generated rarely in the overworld, but frequently in its unique dimension. It added unique variants of beds and similar blocks that could be placed upside down (i remember these were marked with a star)

RTX 3050 but I only have a Core I5 12th gen cpu and I have 16 gigs of ram and from what I know currently is that Minecraft uses the cpu for chunk generations so those mods could help me out

They are huge boosts for Nvidia GPUs of the 1650 model or later

Well, no individual mod by itself can add more than 20 hours of playtime without hardcore customization or personal resets. Closest I could possibly suggest would be game-altering levels such as Primalcore or TerraFirma
