For cluster blocks mining use ultimine (forge/fabric) whatever mod loader you are using and for better wood types regions unexplored adds alot of biomes and different kinds of wood with it

i dont think one exists, there are some that give rid of the layer capacity and makes it infinite but you'd need to create the banner yourself

There are however tools made by people, including a couple of the moderators here that try to make the process as easy as possible to self host

Just note, that connector doesnt just allow mods to run together, it forces 2 modloaders, not designed to work together... to work together. Meaning you will get any/all issues from 2 modloaders. Instead of just 1. most mods do not like this either
