Hi all, extremely random question... I would have swore I saw a popup either from Curseforge or Overwolf the other day for a World of Warcraft (app?, mod?), and I recall seeing the word CTRL in all caps, and some subtext about it being a new companion for WoW. I absolutely cannot figure out what that popup was for, on either OW or CF websites/apps and I haven't seen the popup again. Does anyone have any idea what I saw? forge is the default for most mods so your best resaults would probbably be on thiere but that's just my guess since i'm a forge user myself and never realy had a reason to use fabric

exactly newr = more bugs and less time developed it's why i tend to stick more around 1.7.10 in java builds because those have been around for a while and in most cases run smoother then the newer stuff given time,but everything i'm sure will make it's way to fabric eventualy

reason i ask is because ive made a horror mod pack for my friends and i to play, and zombies can mine through walls, creepers can breach through walls, yet the progression for it is horrible. you go from having cobblestone walls which have low hardness making it easily mined and has practically no blast resistance, to having security craft's reinforced cobblestone walls, which are indestructible.

Exoria is a dust to riches style. Very well balanced, quested and grindset all feel great.
Sevtech is a bit more hardcore from dust to riches.
Terrafirma pretty much changes how to play minecraft from the ground up, and i really like the beginning of it.

I am in 1.12.2 and am looking to expand my baubles slots, i know there is a mod that adds more baubles slots, and, not sure if it's the same, but there is one that also adds the first couple slots of your inventory as baubles i think, i have some amulets that can only be used as necklaces, and i want to use at least two that only have one slot, i am using a custom version of FTB revalation, with a lot of mods from ATM 3.
I did not mixed them, i used revelations as a base, added mods manually and changed configs accordingly. To not have two types of ores, and those things.

Exoria has a quest system that you are required to follow to beat the game and is well thought out in terms of placement, quantity, and variety of selection. Only one way to go though, so if you were looking for a branching experience, maybe its not what you are looking for

Hey I have my own maded modpack and a server and I am trying to find more mods like vamprisim, werewolves or Occultism.
Like I want more options to play to choose what to become.
My server concept is rpg when you can to become to something like vampire or any other thing and then level up and upgrade your skills and have some pros and cons and abilities as well.

I looked at the mod and unfortunately it doesn't work well with other rendering altering mods, so i'll stick with optifine

ah, embeddium should take care of that. if it's not good enough there's a few other performance improving mods too.
like entity culling, canary, immediatelyfast, modernfix, bobby reforged

As Marshall Mellow has stated, embeddium will definitely do better than optifine, and is far more compatible than optifine, which is notorious for compatibility issues. Also, if your sole concern is vanilla/performance, I’d consider looking at Fabric with Sodium, Iris etc as the performance will likely be slightly better and there is an even larger ecosystem of optifine-feature-replacing mods
