you can use the mod 'ftb ranks' to disable any command, either for everyone, or for people with specific ranks. another method would be disabling command.give by default and allowing roles above a certain power enable it.

Im not experienced with mod creation, but i believe that taking the effects and particles from a purple firework could be the easiest way to implement that sort of thing, so as soon as it ignites, the purple firework effect initiates

There's only one Herobrine mod which worked properly for me without memory leaks or crashes or other issues, and it's the one by inferno. It's also pretty lore-accurate, only issue I noticed with it is that rarely Herobrine spawns right in your face to stare at you instead of a distance away, but I guess that could be considered a jumpscare so idk.
Midnight Stalker is also very cool and he mostly stalks you tho he can get aggressive if you don't look at him while getting closer, which is a cool mechanic imo.
The other stalker mobs get aggressive too quickly so not recommending those if you just want a stalker entity.
Observed is another interesting one but I could never quite figure out how it works.

So a couple months back we had a modpack going that is now lost in the tides of time. In there we had a mod which populated the world with NPC's whom you could hire typically with food. They weren't like the villagers. They were more like normal MC avatars. You could give them commandos such as follow you around and you could equip them with armory from the game (so not mod specific). The modpack was in 1.19.2 ish plus minus. Haha does anyone have any idea?

apotheosis is good for that (not directly) but got a special library that store book with a very big amount of them (32768 per enchant type (sharpness, smite, efficiency ...)) and just select to retrieve the enchant wished so after you just need to enchant a lot of book and an anvil
PS 1 :there is a customized enchant system with some stat like in a RPG that let you enchant at level 100 and get enchant like sharpness X

Hey y'all I am looking for two mods again. I have some problems with curseforge so installing a pack and running it is a pain in the - so here I am asking.

These two mods are both in ATM8 I just looked through the list and I couldnt find something specific. One changes the keybind menu to which you can search by mod or key.

The second is an xperience crystal i think it was spelt? It needed a bottled experience, Green stained glass and something else. It was atleast very green themed. What it did was you can pump exp in and out of it and it has an ui where you can put in your levels or take 1 or 10 levels out!

[Fabric 1.20.1] Are there any mods that change the movement animations of the player to something a bit less 'stiff'? Mainly just the walking & sprinting ones. Hello, I have been struggling with finding a modpack that is right for me and I would like some help. (for minecraft)

Some modpacks I have tried are: ATM8 witch I really liked but kinda fell off with all of the allthemodium stuff, Valhelsia 3 witch I liked but felt like it was kinda lacking a quest system to help tech some of the mor confusing mods like tetra, Forbidden and Arcanus, Mekinism, etc, (I havent gotten very far here cuz I have been playing with my friend), Vault hunters 3 witch was okay but felt kinda lacking. If anyone has a modpack fitting these requirments please say something.

I would like the modpack to be 1.19+ perferably but 1.16 is okay

MUST HAVE CREATE AND CREATE ADDONS (I love the mod create but I dont like the pack centered arround it like Create A&B)

I like to explore dimensions the more the better

I like boss fights and mods that add bosses

If possible I would like to have the modpack have Forbidden and Arcanus it just seems like a fun mod and I would like to get into it more

I want a questing system to help guide me to an end goal
