i'm 90% sure the fake first death is an event you can cause something to happen with, but I'm unsure of how to link it to the mob overhaul

Yes, there's tons. Besides Rubidium/Starlight/Saturn/Canary/Pluto, I'm using Reforgium so that I can use fabric optimization mods like Enhanced Block Entities Reforged, ImmediatelyFast Reforged etc.
I'm also using Fastload, Fastsuite, FastWorkBench, FastFurnace, FerritCore, EntityCulling, Clumps, EntityCollisionFPSfix and Better Biome Blend.

All of these mods also work on 1.19.2 Forge.

If you want to try more, there are also things like LazyDFU, Out Of Sight, Better Fps - Render Distance, and Server Performance - Smooth Chunk Save (supposed to also help client performance).

I think they both support 1.18

But be warned if you are asking for a survival world both are a bit costly

Anyone can advise mod 1.19.2 or texturpack (which can work without Optifine ), which replaces the usual Mobs (such as zombie skeletons spiders creepers Endermen pigs cows sheep, etc)
I found a mod that replaces the Creepers (creeper overhaul) and mod for spiders (spiders 2.0)
Also there was a mod for zombie rotten creatures, which I put, but it does not replace all zombies
There was also a genetic animals mod, but it doesn't fit because it's too heavy.

Im so glad I found this discord before I downloaded anything and was able to luck out with the malware situation, glad to be a part of the community with you guys and was looking for some help, back in the day I originally used technic launcher and played a modpack the had biomes o plenty , some animal mods, twilight forest, flans mods and some other craftable guns mods, more ores and their respective armour and tools, i've been searching for something similar on here but cant find exactly what I need, I tried one of the modpacks that just add a bunch of stuff and my laptop doesn't run it very well, its a decent pc, intel i5-9300 cpu and a gtx 1650 in it, but I was wondering if you guys know of any modpacks similar to what Im looking for that wont lag my pc or if ill just have to figure out how to make my own modpack, and also I can run shaders just not with 357 mods running at one time lmaoo, and help or insight is greatly appreciated.

I have been playing with Valkryien Skies 2 and it is awesome! You build an airship ( anything you want, even a house) and you fly it around. Just make sure the structure you build isn't touching any blocks you don't want coming with you when you do the assemble airship thing. You can start with something small and make it bigger when you need to. The mod is in Beta but I haven't had any real issues except sometimes it takes two tries to load my modpack, but it could be one of the many other mods I have in there, lol Its also fun to make little airships for a more manuverable way to travel. The bigger your airship the slower they turn.
