I saw, yes. If you want to take out the randomness of it, you could use KubeJS/LootJS to remove the items from dungeons and add a recipe for it. Or give the items as a quest reward if you're using FTB Quests.

I assume you mean the forge modloader. Optifine generally breaks a lot of mods, and I would recommend using Fabric if you just want performance. However, if you prefer forge, try the mods Rubidium and Oculus together as a substitute for optifine.

ran BSL shaders on optifine and struggled to keep a consistent 30 fps. same shaders on sodium-iris (iris being an addon for sodium that allows use of shaders) and was getting roughly 60fps pretty decently

my server currently has a problem where people do a lot of damage with their fist. Also, if someone uses a weapon, the attack damage of the weapon will multiply with their fist damage which is kind of weird.

A binary search is a way of finding a faulty mod/plugin/addon when you have a lot of them, but without having to remove them one-by-one.

The procedure is simple:

1. Take half of the existing mods/plugins/addons, and move them out, into another folder.
2. Run the game.
3. Does the issue still persist?
   • If YES: Repeat from step 1 with the current things.
   • If NO: Swap out the current things with the ones you moved out, and repeat from step 1.
