How to install mods in CurseForge App.

1. Click + Create Custom Profile
2. Name it, select the required Minecraft version, select the modloader & modloader version (usually the highest number), click Create.
3. Click the profile icon.
4. Click Add More Content
5. Search and install the desired mods.
6. Start the game!

How to install mods not on CurseForge.

1. Right click the profile picture or Open the profile and click the Icon next to the play button.
2. Click Open Folder.
3. Drag the mod(s) into the mods folder. (Note: Some mods will require others, to run. Make sure to read the instructions for the mod!)
4. Start the game!

There are two ways to share a modpack you've made with others...

Export and Share - For Friends to Small Groups.

1. Click the Icon for the modpack.
2. Click the button next to play.
3. Click Export.
4. Select the files that should be included.
5. Send the zip to the people that want it! They can follow the instructions in !mc-installpack to install the pack!

Upload to Curseforge - For Public Release to Everyone.

This options will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

1. Go to here: https://www.curseforge.com/project/432/4471/create
2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.
6. Select the files that should be included.
7. Open your Project you made on the CurseForge site and Upload the file you just made.
8. Wait for Moderation & Sync so it can show up in the client! (See !sync for limitations)

Strange situation in blood magic in the cave factory pack. I can't craft any of the blood magic routing items in the hell forge with a full greater tart gem. I've used it all along to get to this progression but when the correct items are there with 4K demon will, nothing happens and the routing stuff won't craft. Anyone else experience this? I've been having a strange problem with my launcher as whenever I try launching a modpack I am given an Exit Code 1 that says "This crash may be caused by an invalid java runtime configuration. Check any custom custom configuration settings". I also don't get a crash log so I don't know what is causing the problem, I just know that it isn't minecraft itself since I can play vanilla fine. I thought it was something with my AMD radeon software but after fixing the problem the crashes still happen. Does anyone know what to do?

Hi, so I noticed I didn't have the latest version of a mod so I clicked the button that lets you change it's version. I click the latest one, in this case it was for the mod pack OriginsSMP. So I clicked version 6.0.3 then checked off "Update to new Profile" and then pressed continue. I then checked to see if it worked and it didnt, I was still in version 5.2.1, I tried again 3 times and nothing is happening. I even tried closing and then opening Curseforge again and that didn't help. What do?

(on the website project page) direct click the file name of a regular modpack file in your list, then click 'upload additional'

then be sure to click the checkmark that it's a server pack file

For a mod to show up in the app:

• Projects MUST be APPROVED
