How to **manually** install a server - **On your own PC**

1. Check if the modpack has a server pack, if it does: use that and skip below.
2. Go to the Forge website http://files.minecraftforge.net/ and download the Installer for the forge version the pack is using.
3. Run the installer and choose Install server. Do not install to your desktop. Also do not install inside a OneDrive folder.
4. Run the server using the forge.jar. A file called eula.txt will be generated. Open it and change eula=false to eula=true
5. From the Client; Copy the mods folder, config folder, and any other folders needed for the pack to work into the server folder. If the modpack has a server pack, use this instead!
6. Run the server again.
7. Port forward your machine if needed. (Google it)

Usually when you see a connection reset by peer its either internet related or you got cut off connection for a second. Things you can try other then wired is:
1: Move closer to your internet source
2: Turn off anything else using the internet, videos, music, etc
3: Can try a pc and router/modem reboot.
4: Try again at a later time when your internet is a bit more stable.

and even restarted my pc after everything

Insanecraft is a pretty demanding pack when it comes to pc resources. They state this in the packs descriptions and what they recommend for the pack.

How to set Global Minecraft RAM value.

1. Click the icon in the bottom left to open settings.
2. Click the Minecraft tab.
3. Scroll down.
4. Slide slider to recommended ram range as seen below.

Not enough. Insanecraft needs a minimum of 8gb allocated. They have their recommendation in the pack description

For the cf app yes. If you need more then you have to manually edit it in the mc launcher that opens . With 16gb total tho you can only allocate 14gb to minecraft

Alrighty, there are three possible offenders in terms of mods (so far). The log doesn't contain too much so there's not a lot to go off of.
Try turning off Origin Elementals, Too Many Origins, and Apple Skins and see if it'll boot up.

That's alright, they should contain the same thing.
So the issue seems to be that the logs aren't actually giving us an imposter which might mean it's a different issue.
Could you try turning off as many mods as you can (all that it lets you) and see if it'll boot?

Oh fun, that means it's a specific mod(s), but we don't know which one. Unfortunately this will mean you'll have to turn on a few, boot it up, close it, turn on a few more, and repeat until you find which mods is causing the conflict.

How to install mods in CurseForge App.

Minecraft Logins

CurseForge does not handle or touch the Minecraft Login.
If you have a DEMO button instead of a PLAY button in the launcher you are logged into an account that does not own the game. CurseForge requires you to own the game to use it.

Follow the steps in the pictures below. If you bought Minecraft after October 2020 or you have transferred your account you will use a Microsoft account.

Otherwise you must use a Mojang account until you transfer it!

Good afternoon. I am having issues with CurseForge on my desktop computer. I tried uninstalling the program multiple times (also used IOBIT Uninstaller) but it still has the same issues. I just started receiving these issues today. Does anyone know how to fix this?

At first it would't pass the virus scan so I set my Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachments to 1 to allow all downloads. But now it keeps on getting automatically deleted everytime I try to run the installer.
