Hello. I have recently reinstalled my PC. Fresh install for World of Warcraft TBC classic and CurseForge app. However, I wanted to keep the addons I had in on my previous PC so I copied all addons in my Addons folder. The problem I have is the CurseForge is not "seeing" any of my copied addons. The folder path is correct because I tried installing a new addon and it installed it in the same folder. How can I fix this ?

so, in have this problem: in the minecraft settings there is a slider which can allocate a certain amount of ram to the program allowing the system to work with limited ram. i just upgraded from 2x8 banks to 4x8, but the slider didnt go up from 12gb to 28 (i think 28 coz 32-4=28 since the os needs 4gb to work any background program). anyone has any idea?

For a mod to show up in the app:

• Projects MUST have a file marked as RELEASE or BETA
• Projects MUST be APPROVED
• Projects MUST have a file marked for the GAME VERSION SELECTED/LOADED
• Projects CAN'T be EXPERIMENTAL
• Projects CAN'T be ABANDONED

Files can take a while to show up in the app. If your files still have not shown up either your project is new and you have yet to mark a file as Release/Beta or there is issues with the sync system making it slow.

How to install mods in CurseForge App.

1. Click + Create Custom Profile
2. Name it, select the required Minecraft version, select the Forge version (usually the highest number), click Create.
3. Click the profile icon.
4. Click Add More Content
5. Search and install the desired mods.
6. Start the game!

1. Right click the profile picture or Open the profile and click the Icon next to the play button.

Got this while trying to update a different modpack entirely. The modpack its trying to link to has been removed from my device as I do not use it, and has not changed anything. I have found a workaround by downloading the update as a separate profile, however this is not a viable option for me as I have multiple packs I'm trying to download the updates for.

On a separate note, if the curseforge app gets closed for any reason I can't do anything in the app until I have rebooted my computer (the buttons don't respond).

CurseForge App and site do not share the same requirements! You can find things on the site but this does not mean it will be in the app!
For a mod to show up in the app:

• Projects MUST have a file marked as RELEASE or BETA
• Projects MUST be APPROVED
• Projects MUST have a file marked for the GAME VERSION SELECTED/LOADED
• Projects CAN'T be EXPERIMENTAL
• Projects CAN'T be ABANDONED

Files can take a while to show up in the app. If your files still have not shown up either your project is new and you have yet to mark a file as Release/Beta or there is issues with the sync system making it slow.

Curseforge doesn't respond when trying to change path. Clicking "Continue" while in Standard or Advanced doesn't change anything, even after having created a new folder for it (respecting the aforementioned conditions)

Medieval Weapons mod for fabric 1.17.1, suddenly I can't see the mod and the dev didn't tell me he was changing anything like removing it, and its still on the website with the same download

Some mods are also missing their icons on the app like FerriteCore fabric and Dynamic Music
