When I try to install any mod I get: "Java Runtime Environment is out of date or missing". I have uninstalled Java, reinstalled Java, installed the version recommended in chat by the bot. Upload to Curseforge - For Public Release to Everyone.

This options will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.
6. Select the files that should be included.
7. Open your Project you made on the CurseForge site and Upload the file you just made.
8. Wait for Moderation & Sync so it can show up in the client! (See !sync for limitations)

Hey guys!! Hope everyone's doing good!! I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I was wondering if anyone had any input because I'm at a loss. When I load in minecraft using curseforge +overwolf using a custom profile with 46 mods on it, at first it runs fine, then randomly my screen will go black. I can see my characters item bar and the sun when I look up, but whatever they're looking like the ground or the sky is black. Also, occasionally the item in hand will be red/blue shaded looking. I don't think its minecraft, I can run vanilla perfectly fine. I don't believe its the mods either as we used this same profile before, same mods and version under 12.2 I believe. When it was still through twitch, we played just fine as well, and that's not been too long ago. I'm not sure whats causing the issue so any input at all on what I should be looking to do is appreciated! My graphics driver is up to date and there's plenty of storage on my laptop, so I don't think its a memory issue. And I apologize for the wall of text, I didn't wanna leave any important details out 😅

Export and Share - For Friends to Small Groups.

1. Click the Icon for the modpack.

4. Select the files that should be included.
5. Send the zip to the people that want it! They can follow the instructions in !mc-installpack to install the pack!

Upload to Curseforge - For Public Release to Everyone.

This options will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.

8. Wait for Moderation & Sync so it can show up in the client! (See !sync for limitations)

Files can take a while to show up in the app. If your files still have not shown up either your project is new and you have yet to mark a file as Release or there is issues with the sync system making it slow.

Can't tell if anyone tried to answer my question, but if you are having trouble on Mac with Curseforge (or maybe any platform), I followed the advice of loading Forge into the MC launcher, using CF to install the mods into a folder. Point the Forge modded instance of MC at the CF mod folder, and from there, things seem to work.

I have a problem when trying to play a modded version of minecraft from curseforge. Whenever I hit play the launcher opens to a blank page and starts to say (not responding) I've tried everything that the internet has told me to do. Ive restarted my computer, ive uninstalled and reinstalled everything and ive watched a couple of youtube videos and nothing seems to work. The regular minecraft seems to work. its just curseforge minecraft that isnt working. It was working just fine yesterday and i have made no changes since then. Can anyone help

im having the same problem, ive tried literally everything and it really sucks becuase i was able to use the forge launcher recently and now it wont work at all it just breaks my game, would be super helpful if anyone that has had this problem and fixed it could help

the minecraft version is 1.16.4 but its not just any modpack, its all of them, no matter what madpack i DL none of them work. it alwayss pops up the not responding when i try to play

So I'm trying to upload a new version of my modpack and everytime I try it gets rejected and says: Invalid manifest.json file:

My Curse Forge Launcher does not have a legitimate domain on my computer and I have to install it every time I want to play modded minecraft It might be something wrong with my computer because I tried to uninstall overwolf in my storage and it says that it cant find the application on my computer even though it says that its in my applications when I look in storage

after you got it working just try to detect it again

Anyone have an answer when/why the universal.jar files were removed from the Forge site for download? Only installer, log and MSK are available.
