I am trying to set up a cobblemon modpack with the essensial mod in 1.21.1 and i cannot get my aduio to work i have set the audio device tryed f3 + t and even turned off advanced audio as that it was i found was ment to help online but it didnt. as a side note i know that the audio can work because the narrator that talks the first time you open minecraft makes audio but nothing else

Fixed with support from the email team, i think what happened is when i did my ccleaner clean it removed the privelages for myself for access to the main Temp file that Curse was trying to access. All i had to do was double click said Temp folder and grant myself permission for it, Curse works perfectly again 🙂

hihihihi so i'm a avid sims 4 player and im starting a new save file on a new computer with new mods bc i had so many it got too much. anywho i still have those mods (i brought them over on a flashdrive) and they're just on my desktop in case i ever wanna reopen that save file. my problem now is that curse forge literally refuses to load anything. it should be super fast since i dont have any mods installed but idk whats going on.

I wanted to upload an updated version of my pack to curseforge, but accidentally uploaded it as a subfolder (i think?) to my main version 1 (see first img)

I then archived that and went to add file as a second version, v2, but then got this rejection message (see second img)

I downloaded the curseforge Windows installer agian.

Not an issue with updating nvida drivers, more an issue with windows deciding for you that your amd cpu is being used for mc, instead of your deticated gpu... and since amd and windows are still having driver corruption issues, the integrated gpu drivers are messed up

Minecraft handles its own Java versions, there shouldn't be any need to ever really alter that

How to set Minecraft to use the correct GPU in Windows

If Minecraft will not start then use the tool linked at the bottom!

1. Start the modpack you wish to fix. If it will not start, then click the in the top right of the app then select Run Vanilla Minecraft. In the launcher that opens, go to the Installations tab and choose New Installation. Choose a name and select the Minecraft version of the modpack you are trying to run (like 1.19.4 or 1.7.10). Once created play it by clicking the green Play button that appears when hovering over it in the list of installations.
2. Open Task Manager while Minecraft is running (Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager)
3. Find minecraft in that list. It will be called something like "Java" or "OpenJDK Binary". (tip: sort by ram usage by clicking on the "Memory" tab. Minecraft uses a lot of ram so will be at the top)
4. Right click it and Open File Location
5. Copy the file path from Windows Explorer by clicking into the address bar and pressing Ctrl + C
6. Press and type in GPU, then press Enter to open Graphics Settings
7. Under Graphics performance preference select Desktop App
8. Click Browse
9. Click the address bar and paste in the folder location you copied by pressing Ctrl + V, then press Enter
10. Select the javaw or javaw.exe file from the files in front of you (tip: press J to immediately jump to the files that start with that letter)
11. Once selected, click Add in the bottom right of the window
12. Click the Options button on the newly added option
13. Set it to High performance on the best GPU you have

Hi, I was booting up my curseforge modpack "ATM10", while the game was loading my PC bluescreened and then restarted. When it finished I opened up curseforge and everything was wiped, legit the entire app was wiped. I had nothing saved, had to redownload the minecraft launcher via curseforge and all. Hi, I am the author of the modpack "Create With Friends - Multiplayer & Create" I joined this server to ask for help with this issue that has not let my project name to contain spaces in it.

When I enter the name "Create With Friends - Multiplayer & Create" as the project name, the CurseForge website gives me this error message:
Save operation failed: Your project name must be a valid supported folder name. Please remove unsupported special symbols and use latin characters.

The website will not let me change my project name into the name containing spaces. Once I remove all the spaces in the name then the project's name will be saved and show up on the project page.

This issue has been frustrating me as the website will not allow me to upload a project name that contains spaces in it. Thank you for the help!
