you'll need to use adrenaline, get your drivers, and then once they're donen installing, restart your pc - if. you are having exit code problems after that, we can look at your regular mc logs to determine other issues. but if you've never done any driver updates directly from AMD, now is absolutely the time

Delete the curseforge app, open a terminal and run these commands one by one

rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/com.overwolf.curseforge

```run each of these commands, one by one - it will make sure `everything` related to curseforge is gone
This will help you fresh install Curseforge. We want to remove all traces of the app. Make sure you grab any saves on modpacks that you wanna save, on the offchance something bugs out.

if you zipped up a bunch of mod jars manually, seperate from curseforge - you need to create a new modpack profile with the same minecraft version and mod loader version

right, it really means a zip you might have generated with curseforge and not just a zip with a bunch of mods in it. if you downloaded a bunch from a random source, and now want to import a zip - its easier to just make a new profile with the same mc version and modloader (fabric, neoforge, or forge, whatever is supported by your mods) in curseforge

Have found sometimes if windows does a little update ,some apps will get removed either by the os, an over excited antivirus, or disc related hiccups.

Its happened here and there to others, issue is trying to repruduce it. One of those wierd windows hiccups 🤷

Luckily the app and game instances save seperatly. Meaning you can reinstall the app then just set it back to the games path

Is it possible to see the environment of a mod on the CF website or through an API? I looked at CF Lookup but it doesn't seem to show it. I know the CF App shows it but I can't always use that.

And is it worth reporting that the environment was not set on CF to mod devs? Mod Menu, for example, is not listed as a client side mod.

How to add/remove mods in a modpack

How to add/remove mods in a modpack:

1. Click on the picture of the modpack.
2. Click the Add More Content button, IF this button is not there, see below before you continue.
3. Find the Mods, Resource Packs or Maps you wish to Install and click Install on them.
4. Wait for all the required mods to be downloaded.
5. Start the modpack.

How to Enable/Disable content management for modpacks:

1. Click on the picture of the modpack.
2. Click on the button next to the Play button.
3. Click on Profile Options.
4. Check the Allow content management for this profile option if you want to edit the content of the modpack, uncheck it to disable.

NOTE: The Allow content management for this profile option is what allows you to Delete, Disable, Update or Install any Mods, Resource Packs or Maps managed by CurseForge. It must be ON to modify any of them! (Currently)

Try clicking Add more content and searching “Inside the system”, if everything is right it should pop up

i cant dowload that to any profile only to my files but when i try to download that to the zip code thingy its says invalide file

Download it to your computer, on the App click the three dots and click “Open project folder” and open the mods folder and drag the file in there
