I could use some help fixing a problem with the curseforge app. launching it gives me the attached black screen. clicking on an of the icons results in duplicate icons being created, eventually making the entire screen a mess of minecraft and palworld.

Launching curseforge in administrator mode allowed me to bypass this, but i logged into the wrong account. I tried to log out and log back in, but im now stuck in that first account no matter what i do.

Ive tried to disable Hardware Acceleration as that was a possible resolution ive heard of, and to no avail.

Mod count doesnt overly matter, its what the mods add that does, as I know a pack with 150 little content mods that runs like butter on 4gb, vs a 10 large content mod that could need 6-8gb of ram.

Description changes would likely be manually reviewed.

If your first file was rejected , the new fixed uploads will also be manually checked. There are some automatic checks in the file processing that can also reject if they find an issue

Something to keep in mind, untill the project is approved, if you keep wditing the description it will take you out of the que then put you back in. This is so it stays fair for all

Hm? Curseforge uses its own copy of the Minecraft launcher, seperate from the one that uses the .mnecraft folder. This is to stop the 2 apps from breaking eachothers folder structures

Hi! My girlfriend has problems to play modpacks because she cant join a world without crashing or in the middle of the play, she has error 1 or -1. Yesterday, for example, trying to play Dawncraft, she had to attempts like 3 times to join my world with Essential mod and when she finally entered 15 minutes later her game crashed. She has a nice computer with 16G of RAM, good memory space, nice NVIDIA graphic card and in Dawncraft she used 8000 MB like me. In my case, all the modpacks are going good and Im grateful with you but we dont understand why my GF has this problems having better PC than me. Thanks.
