@signal ridge Remember my problem the other day regarding the desktop application flickering and there was supposedly no cause. I think i found the reason and i think its the refresh rate? My main monitor is 144hz and it flickers only when the window is on that screen. my other monitor being 60hz. Just thought i'd let you know

hey guys, i was using a mod called improvable skills
i had used the version 19.2.13 that is usable on minecraft version 1.19.2, i downloaded it from curseforge
i placed the mod in mods folder and opened the game , then i saw a message in chat saying " someone tempered with the Improvable skils "

Two ways to share a modpack you made with others

1. Click the Icon for the modpack.

4. Select the files that should be included.

This option will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

1. Go to create a new project
2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.
6. Select the files that should be included.
7. Open your Project that you made on the CurseForge site and Upload the file you just made.

Hello! I am new to modding, and frankly I'm slow. I don't know what I'm doing, I found all the mods I want, shaders, and resource packs. I also downloaded the curseforge app and have added only one mod so far. That's as far as I have gotten.

1. Some mods on googles curseforge says they are compatible with a version, but won't let me add it on the app.
2. I don't know how to import mods the I previously downloaded.
3. I don't know how shaders work with curseforge.
4. I don't know how to import resource packs either unless it's the same as normal minecraft.

Hello, I have a very peculiar issue where I'm loading my game and when launching a map, it says that the map is corrupted (you know, safe mod and everything...).
Figured out that it was needin the mod "the silence". The save couldnt start without it.

The message "@Inject(@At("INVOKE")) Shift.BY=2 on sanitydim.mixins.json:MixinServerPlayerGameMode::handler$zck000$destroyBlock exceeds the maximum allowed value: 0. Increase the value of maxShiftBy to suppress this warning" is telling me that it cannot delete mod elements, so that's why it cant launch the map, right ?

My question is, how do I solve it ? Is it a global problem or just for this precise mod ?

Hello everyone, I have some issue installing the Curseforge App!

After Halloween update I could not update it, so I uninstalled, but when I wanted to reinstall, Overwolf succesfully installed, after that came the problem, I could not solve. My driver is up to date, IPv6 is out, but I tried to turn off firewall, but Curseforge not installed, I tried it manually from website, then from Overwolf app, but did not helped. Overwolf app says No connection, and Try again, and tries install Curseforge continuously, but all attemps fail.
Can somebody help me please?

Hello! I was hoping someone could help me...My addon for WoW Retail is not showing my raid progress and my mains raid progress accurately. It's been 6 days since I got 8/8H on a couple of my alts yet the in game addon still shows them all as 7/8H, also my main is 4/8M but all my alts show my mains progress as 8/8H. I have updated the addon, uninstalled and deleted all lua files & reinstalled, refreshed blizzard account data from the raider.io website, refreshed each individual toon on raider.io website yet the addon refuses to update. I think I may have messed up big time. I’ve moved my curseforge folder onto my E drive and nothing will load. I'm curious if other people have this issue. I have subscribed to CF Premium as a way of support (but mostly to get rid of ads), and it works fine. However, I have to log out and log back into the website at least a couple of times per week for it to "remember" my premium membership. Essentially, I log in, and I see the fancy icon, no ads, etc. Then after a day or two, I'm still logged in, but no more icon, and now I have ads again. If I'm seeing ads almost as often with premium as I did without, what's the point?

Hello, I don't know if this is the right channel to do this but I would like to report a mod... a mod currently on Curseforge, I was looking for mods the other day as I often do, and stumbled upon a little thing called "Mine Inflatable" Link: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mine-inflatable, the mod struck me as odd... so I decided to download it and take a look into it, the mod appears to be fetishistic in nature and deeply disturbed me and my peers while discussing it, I attached a few images to help explain what I mean, all spoilered for their bizarre nature, I decided to look into it and discovered the mod's creator apparently has an odd fetish on inflatable toys, specifically inflated Pokemon (eeveelutions), not that what anyone does is my business, but I find it dangerous that this type of content is on Curesforge, and would like to know what can be done, I have of course filed a report but here I just found it easier to attach the images to facilitate revision, I really enjoy Curseforge and fear content like this can be harmful both to the community and the company

When trying to export my modpack I get the "Failed to get modpack export tree" "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". If I continue to try to export it, I get "Cannot destructure property 'children' of 'e' as it is null." How do I fix this? The modpack itself runs completely fine, no issues.

Hiya, I want to host a Minecraft server on a machine I already have setup. But after installing CurseForge and finding the modpack I want, I don't see the Server Install button (I don't remember exactly what it's supposed to say)

I thought it was supposed to be to the left of the Play button

But theres nothin : (

Server packs are made by the devs of the modpacks. so if there isnt a serverfile for the pack, the packs dev didnt make one.

You would need to manually make the server,

How to **manually** install a server - **On your own PC**

1. Check if the modpack has a server pack, if it does: use that and skip below.
2. Go to the Forge website http://files.minecraftforge.net/ and download the Installer for the forge version the pack is using.
3. Run the installer and choose Install server. Do not install to your desktop. Also do not install inside a OneDrive folder.
4. Run the server using the forge.jar. A file called eula.txt will be generated. Open it and change eula=false to eula=true
5. From the Client; Copy the mods folder, config folder, and any other folders needed for the pack to work into the server folder. If the modpack has a server pack, use this instead!
6. Run the server again.
7. Port forward your machine if needed. (Google it)

Tho unless you play WoW or have a CF subscription, there is no reason to log into the CF app itself to play Minecraft.

You only need to log into the Mc Launcher OR if the skip the launcher feature is enabled, you log into the upper right corner of the app with your Microsoft account email/pass that owns minecraft
