Hmm I was able to reproduce the list issue, will report this to support. As for the 47.2.0 bit. Its possible its the forge version it wants. Since Neo was created during 1.20.1 after a split in the forge devs. Most tend to use Forge in that version since neo was still really new

How to set Minecraft to use the correct GPU in Windows

1. Find your modding folder location - In the Curseforge app press the options button at the top , then press the modding folder .
2. Saving folder location - In the now opened folder window > double mouse click to enter the 'Install' folder, and then the 'runtime' folder. At the top of the window, left mouse click the top location bar in the empty space to the right of any text. Press CTRL+C together to save this location.
3. Open the graphics settings window - Use Windows search (hotkey ) entering the text 'GPU' - and click on 'Graphics Settings'.
4. Add Java executables - Click the 'Browse' button below the text 'Add an app'. In the folder window left mouse click the top location bar in the empty space to the right of any text. Press CTRL+V together to paste the folder location and then press enter. -- Each folder showing is a different java installation - double mouse click one of them > then the only folder showing in each new location > then the folder named 'bin'. Once inside 'bin' folder > left mouse click the file named exactly - javaw.exe - then click 'add' in the window.

Repeat step 4 for every java installation showing in the 'runtime' folder.

Hi, something odd I've never seen before just happened this morning. When I launched CurseForge to start a play session as usual, I found myself logged out, with only the options to login via 4 different social medias, but no option to insert a username or password. The fact that I can't find a CurseForge password in my password book suggests I probably never had one? But I really don't remember how I was logged in before. So I was curious to know what my profile looks like, so in the CurseForge app I clicked my profile and it took me to a web page showing an empty profile with a user and string of numbers as the username. The last activity date is January 1 2000? An impossible date for this app. And if I go to settings, I get a server error page. Anyone know much about this? This is through logging in with gmail.

fwiw, i haven't had that issue. i don't have any VPNs or proxies on my system. one thing you could also do is clear the site's data. its easy to do on chrome. can also open devtools and then right click on refresh and do an "empty cache and reload"

last time i checked, it's not possible to do that

if CF were to implement that in a simple way, users would face issues as they wouldn't know to make sure all mods are for their game version. im not a fan of this for the same reason im not a fan of the 'update all mods' button.

they should either warn users, or auto-disable mods that aren't for that game version. that'd first require that the CF App add a game version column. it'd also have to allow users to downgrade mods should they choose an older game version. all in all, quite complicated to do it right.

Been a while since I have used curseforge app for modded Minecraft but last thing I remember about it was that it had some sort of issues with a virus. I know that it got resolved and I know I was not infected by it. But did they fixed the reason why it got through, like is there actual security checks for that type of stuff now, because I dont know how that would happen on a platform this big. Like do they now check for virus and etc before they accept a upload from any creator now?
So someone doesn't download a virus by accident from the site, like what happened last time.

I know what is causing it, as I have a mod that allows villagers to carry weapons. When the villagers equip a weapon from another mod, it does not seem to be able to register and breaks the visuals of my game, repeating the error code. Yeah, it's the keys that get me. I had to redo a bunch of my mod keys for the RPG version the other day, and it literally took me over an hour to figure out incompatibilities/redundancy in key binds between all the mods to get my keybinds working properly. It was REALLY frustrating.

I guess you'd have to open a support ticket for that. But I've seen many people have issues with specifically OperaGX (and not just with CurseForge, but other sites as well), so I guess OperaGX has some settings or stuff that breaks things

@bronze bluff suggestion you should make a statistics page for each modpack someone has and not just a statistics page for all of their modpacks together it will make it easier to know which modpacks are growing the most and which gets the most a month bc you can only see how many downloads all your modpacks together make a month and in a week and how many each modpack made each day its just easier if they all have seperate statistics like youtube where you have both where u can look at your overall statistics and each videos statistics

Cf uses a copy of the official launcher. This is to stop the cf app from breaking thr folder paths the .minecraft folder uses and vice-versa. All you need to do is sign into the launcher the cf app opens with the MS account that owns minecraft.

1. Click button in the Top Right Corner of the app
2. Click the Open Modding folder button
3. Open the Install folder
4. Drag the launcher_log.txt file into discord. If there are multiple only send the one without a number in its name

Yes. Launcher logs work in reverse. Where the no number one is the newest, everytime a new log is made it renames the old ones by adding +1 to its name. Ex. 9 is the oldest. 0 is the last log archived once

The alternative way to binary search

2. Test the profile with no mods
3. Add 1-5 mods to the profile (using the app)
4. Test the profile, does it boot / can you make a world?

• If YES Repeat steps 3 & 4
• If NO Remove the mods you just added then test the pack again

5. Repeat this process until the problematic mod(s)/plugin(s)/addon(s) have been found
