funny that the news side-chat asking for feedback on the new curseforge minecraft update only allows moderators to respond. So since I can't give my feedback of the HORRIBLE update there. I shall give it here. I'd be fine with it if it weren't for all the "mods" being moved to under one tab! One accidental misclick due to the new change and ALL my mods that "needed updated" in my folder updated with NO way to return them back to normal. This is a folder used for playing on a server and COMPLETELY screwed me over for being able to play on the server and NOW thanks to the stupid updates not all of the features are even working. (and yes, I shall be putting this exact same thing in the minecraft support seeing how it is not just curseforge but minecraft specifically portion of curseforge.)

1. Click the Icon for the modpack.
2. Click the button next to play.
3. Click Export.
4. Select the files that should be included.
5. Send the zip to the people that want it! They can follow the instructions in !mc-installpack to install the pack.

:small_blue_diamond: Upload to Curseforge - For Public Release to Everyone

This option will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

1. Go to create a new project
2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.
6. Select the files that should be included.
7. Open your Project that you made on the CurseForge site and Upload the file you just made.
8. Wait for Moderation & Sync so it can show up in the client! (See !sync for limitations and !status to learn about the moderation process and how long it will take to approve/decline)

I need a bit of help. I am trying to create a custom profile so I can combine a few mods togteher. I have a friend who does not want to use keyboard and mouse, so I am trying to combine a controller mod called controllable, with a horror mod called horror craft. When I create a new profile, and select the correst version of curse forge and minecraft version, I cannot seem to find the horror mod. I am able to activate the controler mod, but the horror one does not show up. Any suggestions?

I just dont understand how to switch it out, I unpacked it and deleted the old LLibrary in file explorere and added that in, but it didnt fix it

However I notice that all the requests sent to the API must have an api key with it.
How should I handle with this? Should I let all the users of the tool register and use their own api key? Or should I just use mine?
My tool only features downloading contents from curseforge (no uploads).

You need a shader mod. This refers to Optifine or Iris in most cases.
