Not in this case. Win7 is no longer safe to connect to the internet. Microsoft dropped support for it. Meaning all the patches for vulnerabilities that Win10 and 11 get win7 is not getting.

I have solved this problem for my computer. I have windows

Hit windows button Search overwolf Right click run as administrator Overwolf will open now Scroll the apps in overwolf or search and look for curseforge Download curseforge Now when you want to use curseforge you need to open overwolf dock and it should be there.

Hope that this helps everyone with this problem.

Anyway, the solution was unintalling Overwolf and deleting the folder, making sure to end all Curseforge/Overwolf processes in Task Manager and then reinstalling Curseforge

I can't get create 1.19.2 (believe it's the latest version) to fire. Uninstalled, reinstalled Minecraft. Launcher's slightly different now. Vanilla plays fine, drivers are up-to-date, but any mods (modpacks?) won't load, even the 1.18 setup that I had that worked last I played.

Admittedly, I last booted this up in August. Pressed 'update' on all mods within the pack (am I using this terminology correctly?) individually- all say "recently updated".

a workaround you can do is download the actual export file for the project here-

I just started a new project under a new name since I guess I lost the progress of my previous one. My question is I just submitted my file and was wondering when will I receive and answer? And within that meantime how will I be able to see the page of my project if its not official yet. I have had issues in the past where I tried finding it and it disppeared with no trace so I just dont want that to happen again..

first off don't refresh said page XD and second. curseforge staff are offline during the weekend. so sometime during the week a few days or so. gotta make sure you uploaded a file to it as well as description and such

I try to export a file and i get a warning of "This profile includes mod verions that are not available on CurseForge. You can still share this with your friends, but it may not be approved for public distribution."
yet everything I downloaded is from the launcher so it makes no sense to me as to why it's popping up

Export the pack > open the zip and look in the overides/mods folder. If there are mods in that folder delete them from your pack and reinstall them using the app. Repeat till it stops

OR look through all the folders you have checked in the export menu for a icon. Those are what its flagging

I've got several issues with curseforge pushing the wrong versions of mods. For example, I have version -21 of this mod installed, Curse is showing an update is available and that the latest release version available is -19 (see top under mod name), but the versions listed at the bottom show version -21 is installed. When I hit the update button, it reinstalls the current -19 version and shows that it's the most recent. If I manually update to the -21 version, Curseforge reports an update is available (which "updates" back to the -19 version)

This is happening with several mods today.

This is another egregious example, it's showing the most recent release version is 2.0.2 from September 2022, despite there being 3 other release versions after that. And curse is telling me to "update" the mod back to that old version.

Definitely wasn't doing this yesterday as all of my mods were listed as current before I went to bed.

If the mod is in release, beta or alpha state seams not matter...just a bunch of random mods. 1.19.2, 1.19.3 or 1.19.4 even seams not matter and between 1.19.3 and 1.19.4 are different mods which "needs" an update. Very strange

Edited : it seems like you have to explain to me how to get logs because I couldn't download the modpack so no profile has been created (in the menu) for me to do what "!mc-logs" states.

Today, Сurseforge began to offer me to update my mods to previous versions. This is a very nasty bug, I agreed to the "update". Then when I noticed it and I had to roll back the changes manually within 1 hour.
As you can see in the screenshot, the mod has been updated to the latest version, but Curseforge suggests that I update it if I click on the button, the previous version will be installed.
