How to update your mod loader within the same game version in the CurseForge app

1. Click on the modpack profile you are working with.
2. Click on the button next to the play button.
3. Click on the Profile Options button.

Upload to Curseforge - For Public Release to Everyone

This option will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

1. Go to create a new project
2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.

The path the app stores profiles in probably changed.
You can change it in -> Minecraft. Set it to the folder the Instances folder is inside (not the Instances folder itself)

The pack will only ever use the mod versions you have uploaded. If mods update you will have to update them, test to make sure the pack still works, then export and upload again.

Nope, have to do it one at a time, Safer that way, as updating all at once could break the pack. Then you have to look at all the mods that updated and back date the versions to get it working again. Also why reading update change logs is a good idea

Twitch has nothing to do with cf any more, they washed their hands of it when they sold it. Not that they were good with issues to start with.

As for the CF site itself, we hope once the beta site is fully implemented and the old site is officially put to rest things will ease up/be easier to work with. CF itself is very old, the old framework is hard to work with so things will take time

Problem with "completely new staff" is they need to relearn how the site all works and functions. Also GDL partnered with CF not too long ago. But they have their own issues that seem to be on the low end of their team... (ie fixing their cloudflare bot issue when downloading mods)
