There are two ways to share a modpack you've made with others...

Export and Share - For Friends to Small Groups.

Upload to Curseforge - For Public Release to Everyone.

This options will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.

7. Open your Project you made on the CurseForge site and Upload the file you just made.
8. Wait for Moderation & Sync so it can show up in the client! (See !sync for limitations)

hello so ive tried installing numerous different mods, and for some reason some times the mods will end up giving me this "shutting down internal server" message, its mostly with bigger modded packs such as rl craft, or the walking dead ones, but its quite annoying and i was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue or how i could fix it?

im not sure exactly what your pc specs are, are you geting this error when you try and launch like a single player world or stuff like that?

it may be a matter of your running more mods than your pc can handle, at least with your ram allocated currently

yea so ill launch it and then once i do, i can go into my world and such, but once i do certain things such as craft, or look through the list of items on the right, my game will freeze and give me that message

yeah, so on the curse launcher, click the gear in the bottom left corner, select the minecraft tab, and scroll down and increase the ramm allocated, dont know how much ram you have but it might help

but if you allocate all your ram to the game, your computer might not be able to do other things

to figure out your total ram you could just Ctrl Alt Delete4 and open task manager, bottom left corner click more details, at the top select performance, and memory will be your available RAM

for the rest of your stuff yeah, it wont use the ram allocated if its not being used

if it doesnt it very well may just be your computer is unable to deal with the larger modpacks

Twitch doesn't recycle accounts for inactivity.
If you don't have accesses to the account you need to use twitch support to recover it.

No access to the original account means you can't get the projects back as there is no way to verify who you are anymore.

Well, at the end of the day if you guys really cant figure it out you can try a free service like Aternos. (It supports most modpacks that are on curseforge)

From the looks of it you're just not able to connect in time, maybe just try refreshing your minecraft launcher (turn it off and on). Usually that type of error fixes itself

Sync and your Project.

CurseForge REQUIRE a project to have one file marked Released on them for the projects to show up in search. Otherwise only Direct links to the project work.

Files can take a while to show up in the app. If your files still have not shown up either your project is new and you have yet to mark a file as Release or there is issues with the sync system making it slow.
