I can connect to the server just fine, once in my ping is between 500-11000
I only opened chrome then to test the internet speed, which drops to less than 4% of its normal speed
My internet is normally slow, but runs vanilla servers and technic servers just fine.
well there's a lot more info going to and from the server when you use mods. but less than 4% nuts how many background processes are running at the same time

I typically only have 14mb download, but once running curseforge mods I am at .4 yes point four mb

How long does it take for a modpack to be uploaded onto the CurseForge app?
CurseForge REQUIRE a project to have one file marked Released on them for the projects to show up in search. Otherwise only Direct links to the project work.
Files can take a while to show up in the app. If your files still have not shown up either your project is new and you have yet to mark a file as Release or there is issues with the sync system making it slow.

I keep trying to launch enigmatica 6 0.4.0 (minecraft) and it looks like it is going to launch as usual, but never opens a new window. I've been troubleshooting for a while I can't find any report in logs or anything.

have you launched it after that came up? If so, best thing to do is restart your PC and if it doesn't work after that, head to your logs folder and send the most recent one in here

ok, go into the folder for your pack > go to saves > go to the world you made > serverconfig folder > find create-server.toml and delete it, then try to relaunch and join that world

1st: inventoryhotswap is not a fabric mod
2nd: autoconfiglu is having some issues in its mod json(my guess delete its config file)
3rd: try removing modmenu for now

When I remove ModMenu, it seems to work, but a lot of the mods require modmenu, so I can't remove it without removing 20% of my mods

I'm working on a curse forge modpack, and trying to make it published so that I can get updates out more regularly to add in new mods for a server, instead of telling people add this mod. The modpack got approved, but the file didn't. I have a few Flans addons that are found on curse forge. However, these addon's dont work when they are installed directly into the mods folder, they have to be put into the flans folder to work, and it got kicked back because of this.. How do I go about getting the file published?

hi im trying to download pixlemon from curseforge. half way through the download it just stops. an error pops up and says ''timeout attempting to download'' something like that. i have tried to cancel and re download but it won't work

Yeah, there should be no mods in the overrides folder. And then you use the export function in CurseForge to export the modpack.

that's a stupid set up for a mod.
The only way around it would be to make a mod or find a mod that loads them correctly.
Otherwise it will always get hung up in the upload.
Hey so I submitted my modpack file for review a day ago and it’s still under review (it only has roughly 50 mods), is there any idea how much longer I should expect to be waiting for it to get published? (I’ve had similar mod packs be published within 12 hours that were larger, and updates to that approved in minutes)

You need to restart the server for every affected entity as it can only remove one at a time.
If you have a broken mod and it's part of a mob farm you arent ever going to get past it as if it loads at boot time it's always going to make more problems.
How come that has been no issue of the past with any modpack after setting the config file to true?

The way it works requires the object to error so it can be removed.
No error, no remove. The error crashes the game so it can only do a single object at a time.
Not to go against you, however I had many servers before this and all of them with usually throwing a ticking entity error, and only it ever ceasing to exist if I enabled the config to the setting true, never even hearing of a similar issue again after that, as soon as I usually turn it off, logically the issue came back, however I never had to restart a server so?

You have a broken mod causing an issue, removing the entity that's throwing the error is only part of the solution as the game will crash again the instant the issues comes up again.

Once it's gone it's gone that error is deleted. If you have a pit of 20 entities causing the same issue they all individually need to be deleted.

Usually upon an NPC creation event it ALWAYS crashes, I have never seen a single crash relating somewhere different. At least never something crashing my servers apart from that.

The error it's making isnt recoverable. Theres many things that could go wrong with an entity.

First time I actually thoroughly read one of these.
Essentially, but it's a stack.
Each line is a step in the code being done so the top is what directly called it and everything below is another step down the hierarchy of calles.
So something like this could be multiple things, a null damage source might be valid, and thus blood magic needs to make sure it does what it does only if the code isnt null.
Scaling health shouldn't have anything to do with this as it's not changing the damage.
Either some other mod is causing damage or something is converting it and from what I can see in the list, nothing is modifying it.

So, the best option I can give from the info I know is restart the server till it stops crashing
Then once that's done, teleport to the pos listed in the crash and figure out what the hell is going on.
I tried remaking a save entirely, starting the world from point 0 and setting the configs by default to true.
It hasnt happened yet.
If it happens again, i'll be extensively pregenerating the world to see the probablity
as of now I have reported the event and it crashing to blood magic, as that is correct to do so right? as it doesn't quite handle the way it handles damage correctly?

You could just get a mod that stops villagers from existing or some other mod that prevents them from loading then teleport out to that spot to see what's attacking them
