Hello! I'm new to using curse forge and i just got a new computer. I was hoping to dive into Mineraft Skyfactory again but i seem to be getting an issue. If i use the Minecraft launcher it has me logged in as the correct username and it works but when i launch the Skyfactory 3 from curse forge it shows a different log in user a previous one. There are two ways to share a modpack you've made with others...

Export and Share - For Friends to Small Groups.

1. Click the Icon for the modpack.
2. Click the button next to play.
3. Click Export.
4. Select the files that should be included.
5. Send the zip to the people that want it! They can follow the instructions in !mc-installpack to install the pack!

Upload to Curseforge - For Public Release to Everyone.

This options will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

1. Go to here: https://www.curseforge.com/project/432/4471/create
2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.

7. Open your Project you made on the CurseForge site and Upload the file you just made.
8. Wait for Moderation & Sync so it can show up in the client! (See !sync for limitations)

we both have the same as the server but i get everytime a mismatch mod channel list error and he dont.

so wait just because the server and client have different mod count does not automatically mean that there is a problem by itself. often there are client or server only mods to consider. so you attempted to join the server run and it says x mods are wrong? or some other way you come up with that 20 mods number? (and also - some mod makers can't figure out their junk and can't or won't fix their mods to show the green check when it's supposed to, like on client side only mods)

also, for minecraft questions you really should be giving yourself the MC role in role-select channel and posting to a MC channel

chris has 2 problems - 1- your folders are in one drive which breaks things. need to change where launcher installs in settings. 2- jumploader makes the modpack a fabric only modpack and only the fabric mods will load

Yeah WoT modding can be really difficult and strange. Every single patch all the mods have to be manually updated and such. A real pain in the arse if you ask me...
