Some people have said they have got malware but the majority says just don’t install anything that has very little downloads and only install things that have been up for a while

But for Vivecraft, I'd work a bit backwards, by creating a profile in CurseForge, that is compatible with Vivecraft, add the mods that you want, then open the instance folder and drop in Vivecraft in there as well.

Export and Share - For Friends to Small Groups.

1. Click the Icon for the modpack.

4. Select the files that should be included.
5. Send the zip to the people that want it! They can follow the instructions in !mc-installpack to install the pack!

Upload to Curseforge - For Public Release to Everyone.

This options will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

1. Go to here: https://www.curseforge.com/project/432/4471/create
2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.
6. Select the files that should be included.
7. Open your Project you made on the CurseForge site and Upload the file you just made.
8. Wait for Moderation & Sync so it can show up in the client! (See !sync for limitations)

And yeah, I know, but I don't mind spending a year on it. It's why I'm making it for 1.15.2. It's a recent version, so there are likely to be mods both for it already and mods that can update to it. And when it's mostly done, I DO want to publish the pack.

so you can get an in game graphical interface for editing recipies

with that you can then learn what the changes you made look like, and that combined with the mine tweaker wiki, can teach you how to make your own changes from the script level after that

after that, you'll need some hand holding from the discord for minetweaker, to figure out how to change the non standard recipies

until your good on your own making them

How to **manually** install a server - **On your own PC**

1. Check if the modpack has a server pack, if it does: use that and skip below.
2. Go to the Forge website http://files.minecraftforge.net/ and download the Installer for the forge version the pack is using.
3. Run the installer and choose Install server. Do not install to your desktop. Also do not install inside a OneDrive folder.
4. Run the server using the forge.jar. A file called eula.txt will be generated. Open it and change eula=false to eula=true
5. From the Client; Copy the mods folder, config folder, and any other folders needed for the pack to work into the server folder. If the modpack has a server pack, use this instead!
6. Run the server again.
7. Port forward your machine if needed. (Google it)

How to add/remove mods in a modpack.

1. Click on the picture of the modpack.
2. Click the Add More Content button, IF this button is not there, see below before continuing.
3. Find the Mods, Resource Packs or Maps you wish to Install and click Install on them.
4. Wait for all the required mods to be downloaded.
5. Start the modpack.

How to Enable/Disable content management for modpacks.

1. Click on the picture of the modpack.
2. Click on the button next to the Play button.
3. Click on Profile Options.
4. Check the Allow content management for this profile option if you want to edit the content of the modpack, uncheck it to disable.

NOTE: The Allow content management for this profile option is what allows you to Delete, Disable, Update or Install any Mods, Resource Packs or Maps managed by CurseForge. It must be on to modify any of them! (Currently)

hello again, another day another issues, anyone had ever issues with the ender eyes? like not working to throw them at all, might be that the end fortress is not in generated in the world? (ps: tried another world to test it, both survival and creative, and apparently is not working either way the eyes seems to be broken) >mod J and Jack Pack (version 1.17.1/ fabric 0.11.6). I see that End Remastered is in the pack. It has its own version of the end portal and special eyes for that portal. The mod overrides the vanilla portal and disables normal ender eyes.

by clicking into a modpack instance and searching the "add more content" button - in predone modpacks you need to go to options and enable manage content for that modpack

because when you use the app to search - it filters the results to whatever MC version is compatible

I'm not exactly sure how to do it, all I know is my dad used them a lot back when he repaired computers, when he had to deal with older programs that didn't work with the latest version of windows(at the time)

Windows 11 isn't released fully yet. It's a preview version, and because of some issues before with players getting banned in some games because they were using Windows Insider. So they decided to not officially support Windows Insider-versions.

But as soon as it is officially released, they will start working on supporting that.

up to you - the mods from curseforge in a modpack are indexed rather than directly in that client file. the reason of size discrepancy is because of the difference in special customizations besides the mods. speaking of - there aren't nearly as many mods ported to 1.17 than 1.16, as the former is fresh and 1.16 has been around awhile. 1.18 will be coming right around the corner and alot of devs and modpack makers are skipping 1.17
