Most you can get out of it is things like Haste, Resistance and Strength. Useful, but unreliable if you can't get the same kind of potion easily.

The rest being things like Water Breathing (okay, but middling), Glowing (largely redundant, possibly detrimental), Night Vision (literally just use fullbright) or Jump Boost (useful until you don't want it.)

If it had modded effects in there too, that would be extremely powerful. Since some mods have some rarely used but devastating effects.

• Cheap, a lot of them use the same tropes (lanky humanoids, missing/mutated flesh, dark/obscured vision) for greatly diminishing returns.
• Heavily-reliant on loud sounds and jump scares. Resulting in- yet again- greatly diminishing returns.
• Many recent ones border on malware, affecting the user's PC in unsavory ways.
  • At which point, they may as well install bitcoin miners or spyware. It'd be quite easy.
  • This is a security concern as a result, like it or not.
• Fail to integrate with other mods for anything worth a damn.
• Usually last only a couple of hours at most for a session.
  There's a lot wrong with them, really.

Why Piracy is bad

Aside from the fact that you're stealing content from creators, downloading pirated content breaks games' TOS. Piracy tends to add hidden costs without your knowledge!

When a game is pirated and given a way for "free", malicious actors will tend to sneak their own code and malware into the files that you download. TLDR; Hackers offer a "Free" version of paid software so that they can use your device as a free access point to do whatever they want, without your consent. They will continue to get away with it, too, as long as users continue download their corrupted content.
