But you would have to export the zip either way, it’s just faster for the players

Other option would be for you to type out instructions on what files/folders users would need to copy from the old profile to the new one. Ie minimap folders, keybinds, etc

ya..i was kinda thinkin my best bet without uploads was to just share the mod list only and can delete their mod list and paste in the new one with the exact version so they dont have to think about it.

Other option is, and it would be a bit more work on your end, is to make an export, but only select the things that updated. That way they arent reinstalling everything.

BUT it still requires them to swap out the mods for the correct versions... this can also cause issues if you have any new users tho. As they will only have snippets.

When you make the export tho, you can open it and pull the manifest web link file. Has all the mods, just not the versions

Either way you will be doing a lot of manual work on your end

Technically all the end user has to do is copy the map data from the old profile to the new one. As long as they do that first before deleting the old one.

Hey. I’m dealing with a really frustrating issue in Minecraft. Normally, I get around 400–500 FPS, but as soon as I installed and started playing Cursed Walking, my FPS instantly drops to 60–70—which is a massive decrease. I’ve already tried allocating more RAM and lowering my settings, but nothing helped. My laptop has an RTX 3080 Ti, i7-12700H, and 32GB of RAM. If anyone knows how to fix this, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

laptop gpus SUCK.
they arent even comparable to the same gen of desktop gpu, let alone the same model.

I have a 1650 laptop gpu, and its performance is so bad i couldnt find a desktop gpu that still runs modern benchmarks to compare it with

theres also the issue of cooling, laptops often run very hot and have to throttle

all in all your 3080 laptop gpu is probably at best equivalent to a mid 20 series card

the only good thing about laptop gpus is they have support for modern features
