Both add a bunch of useless crap, are held together with duct tape, have an ENFORCED terrain generation setting (that breaks completely if you try anything else, including superflat on some occasions), has incredibly eye-straining visuals and has incredibly unstable code.

I've seen a handful of mods actually take a swing at the "Mekanism" aesthetic, to which I GREATLY enjoy that.

However, it heavily relies on "Local Difficulty" to get that high.

You can also edit the odds of mobs spawning with the backpacks, if they get buffs/armor and even the odds of what tier in quality they get.

Usually I just prefer giving them the hunger effect.

right, sorry for disappearing lol so what i personally use for my mod logos, is paint.net (the app). how i design my logos, i get the main focus like an item or mechanic. also a good thing to do is to create a theme for your logos, kinda like a trademark or something. what i have for my logos, i have the main focus which is usually an item that represents the mod and a border of black and pink. i dont want to self promote, but my user on cf is marblednull so you can take a look at my logos to see what i mean. i also colour coordinate the borders depending on the type of project (mods, modpack, resource pack, etc)

i also use photopea sometimes. mainly for more advanced designs like banners and touch ups

A frail boy sits crouched in the last row of a classroom, distant, isolated, with no one beside him. His head is lowered as he idly fidgets with his fingers, counting the tiles on the floor. The noise around him seems sealed off, unable to reach him in the slightest.

The first time I saw her. She lifted her brow slightly and smiled. There was something so different about her. In that instant, something soft within me was stirred. The way she spoke carried a kind of gentle innocence—calm, warm—like a beam of sunlight piercing into the gray darkness inside me. Though it was our first meeting, I felt as if I already knew her… every gesture, every expression.

Fragment Three:
A shaded path through a grove. Around thirty people walk ahead, full of excitement, but their faces are indistinct. The same boy kneels on one knee, silently picking a handful of wild grass, crushing it gently, letting it fall into a water bottle. He calls it “a true drink of nature”…

Summoning all my strength, I force my eyes open just a slit. I think I see those tiles from my memory—dark gray, dreamlike…

My eyes close again.

Something within me settles.

I open them once more, slowly turning my head. I find myself lying inside a rectangular metallic container. Yet it doesn’t feel cramped. It resembles not a coffin, but something like a capsule.

Needles—no, metal injectors—cover my body. Streams of shimmering red liquid drift through the air toward them, being drawn inside.

Blood…?

The electric sensation fades, replaced by something else—warmth. It seeps into me, spreading beneath my skin. A gentle face surfaces in my mind.

The moment the capsule senses my awakening, the injectors dissolve and vanish. The red liquid disappears with them.

A slight tremor comes from above. The ceiling begins to open silently, revealing a gray dome overhead—like a night sky, mysterious and solemn.

The warmth within me gathers, becoming a force. I struggle to lift myself, gripping the edges of the container. After several attempts, I manage to sit up, weakly.

For the first time, I look around.

You also misconstrue a few things too:

• Baby Endermen aren't really the issue, it's small hitboxes which piss me off. Especially in Vanilla combat.
• Random mods aren't always bad. It's when they're haphazardly slapped together with absolutely no cohesion in mind.
  • I actually the odd "random mod" to keep things interesting. Keeps people aware of lesser-known projects.
• Permadeath isn't exactly bad, so long as it's executed properly.

(Seriously though, anybody who makes a mob less than 2 pixels in width for a hitbox-- genuinely fuck off. You are the reason I turn hitboxes on in modpacks.)

Generally "broadsword" in the context of Minecraft is kinda just.... the default sword.

So you don't really need to change the texture.

Yeah, they're not as rare as people assume.
Apparently, they're more commonly found under snowy mountains... but they also are said to show up in biomes with "low erosion".

The trick is that they always spawn near bedrock (around -60 Y) and- since they're usually below mountains- will take a long time to dig to.

Easiest way to find them with Xaero is to just set "Cave Mode" to -60 Y and just roam around mountainous regions until one shots up.
