sigh, new curseforge changed how their installation thingy works? When u install any new mods into your instance, they have been showing in a small little tab if u hover over the "download manager"
and now u need to click on this manager, get into a separate page of download manager, and after u go back to mods exploring page, u get to the start of this page

What I would recommend is to reinstall Windows. I do it every 2 years or so to keep everything fresh

Just back up everything and create an installation usb

But make sure you know what you're doing :p
