1. You confirm you own the game legitimately?
2. If so, have you migrated your account to Microsoft some years ago when it was required? If you didn’t, it has been permanently deleted.
3. If you did the previous 2 things and are logged in the default Mojang Launcher, what happens if you go in the CurseForge App settings, clicking the bottom left gear icon and go on Minecraft and selecting the launch option with ‘Mojang Launcher’?

If you forgot the password to your Microsoft account, you should resolve it with them though.
