A 4080 or even a 3000s will be more than good enough most of the time, as for the CPU I think this is more than good enough as well

It's possible multiple launchers will not use the GPU as default, this happens pretty often. If it's the case you can type !mc-gpu in #🟢︱user-bot-spam and follow the instructions
If you are not sure if it's using your GPU or not, look at the F3 menu

Mods dont have server pack files. As thats something modpacks have (wording is very important)
Server pack files are also created by the devs of the modpacks, not curseforge. Meaning if a project doesnt have server pack files, the pack dev didnt make any.
You can make your own tho with modpacks that dont have server files

The cf app uses its own copy of the mojang launcher so that it doesnt break the .minecraft folder and vice versa.
Thays why your .minecraft folder saves dont show in cf. Which is why I explained that you needed to copy the saves over + the bot instructions
Otherwise if you are having issues with the 2 projects, you would need to contact their respective devs for help.
Mods have no guarantees to work together.

It's generally the opposite. This destroys your performance even if you set it to a render distance equal to what you use with the mod

Understand that most modpacks have little to no "end game content" because they werent meant to be put into packs together and therefore scale separately.
They have their own individual scaling.
Idk if it has a questbook or anything though. Apparently a new version of the pack should be coming out within the next while.

You should only start to worry at 90c. If your computer is well built, this will shut down above 100c and you will know there is a real problem

Im new to Minecraft, I'm launching the game from my modpack in Curseforge. I wanted to be safe with starting a forever world knowing it will never get deleted. I fear only something happening to my pc. Let's say my laptop breaks and never turns on again. Is my world saved in my microsoft account and i get access to Minecraft launcher? Is it saved in Curseforge modpack launcher? Or did i lost it forever bc it was saved in the device?

The simplest option is finding where your world gets saved to in your computer, then periodically copy/paste that folder or file to a separate location in your pc.
Hdd hard disks can be recovered sometimes even if the hardware fails.
I believe curseforge app has a backup option in the modpack selection screen

If you wanted to get complicated, you could set a script on startup of your pc, or on a time schedule to copy/paste for you. Overwriting or stockpiling your backups.

I installed mods for Christmas and I think one or two of them have been announced and I like what I saw so I installed like three kinds of Christmas mods and now I got disconnected from the game and I can't log in at all because this that I'm going to show is coming up. It won't even let me get into the mods section to start uninstalling to see which one it is that is giving me that problem
