@civic ingot so the microsd card actually had 1terabyte of storage but the file format isn't actually compatible with my phone, the file format it's currently using is called ntfs which is for computer/laptops. And I need to change it to fat32 or exfat which is a file formatting for mobile devices but I need a computer or laptop to change the format which is pretty easy since I got a laptop

If you compare the price of the 9060 XT 8gb to the 5060 Ti 8gb where the performance is the most similar, FSR 4.0 is less vram dependent which yields you longer gpu longevity as you have more vram to spare and its also less taxing on the card. The 5000 series has access to ray reconstruction and MFG, but both are vram dependent and with the 8gb cards being the most popular; newer games would not be able to properly run it besides older games that are still getting modern support and updates like Cyberpunk 2077. DLSS 4.0 also does look nicer than FSR 4.0, but at the cost of performance and longevity with how the 5060 Ti 16gb also consumes more electricity which however is not a big concern for most consumers. Most budget minded consumers are also on PCIE 3.0 and PCIE 4.0 in which the 9060 XT as a whole being on x16 compared to x8 on the 5060/5060 Ti in general would yield more performance on Radeon as PCIE 4.0 x8 on PCIE 3.0 x8 loses upwards of 5% performance and PCIE 5.0 x8 on PCIE 4.0 x8 loses as much as 12% percent performance which gets compounded if you stack PCIE 5.0 x8 on PCIE 3.0. If you check with PCIE 5.0 x16 on PCIE 4.0, you lose about 1% percent performance which is also similar to PCIE 4.0 on 3.0. For most budget minded consumers, the Radeon is a better option with better price to performance, better power consumption, and better performance on older generation cpus/mobos without PCIE 5.0 support. The 5060 series in general is ahead in performance and modern software support but due to limitations placed by Nvidia to save money, it gets worse performance and is an overall worse option for nearly all users who would be in the market for a 60 class card. The RTX 5000 series overall also has hotspot issues bad enough where Nvidia has tried to disable hotspot detection and measurement entirely, so the reliability of these cards overtime could be problematic some years from now.

It is another matter entirely if you compare the 9060 XT 8gb vs the stock 5060 8gb which are similar in price where the 9060 XT 8gb basically crushes the 5060 in performance although the 5060 technically uses less power at only 145w, with that only being a 5w difference.
