Thew OW version of the CF app required the OW app framework to load. The Standalone was eventually made to not need the ow app.

Have to keep in mind, when OW bought from Twitch, Twich had been using their launcher, meaning no client app came with the sale. OW had to quickly make something so that users could still have a client mod manager

ow should be gone then, a way to make sure is if you check your systems tray while cf is open, check for the ow app running.

Also as a good pc rule of thumb, usually a good idea to not play important games while another app is installing. Just as a general rule.

Loot tables can be changed with 3 options:

1. Crafttweaker
2. Kubejs
3. Datapack

First 2 are easier

In theory could just add it to the quests config. but then you would have 1 quest that roles a loot table, and 1 that only roles the item. could run into the issue of making the neckless less rare
