When exporting, this feature exclude the mods and instead create a file named manifest which list the project version and file version of every mods in your modpack.

When importing, that basically read what project and what file to install in the app for every mods.

Why the fuck do some Minecraft servers use manually downloaded packs that you need to redownload for even small updates!?

Its extremely annoying to redownload modpacks every single time there's an update when there's heaps of settings and controls along with needing to keep client side stuff for map mods.

Yeah, I updated modpacks in CurseForge for myself. Although that's not the same as online packs being used on servers, its done all the time without many issues.

Every popular modpack used in multiplayer does it all the time!

I'm aware that it takes time for pack updates to be approved by CurseForge but that's the only barrier I know of.

Or is there any other barrier that makes it harder to update a modpack online?
I'm not talking about other things like bugs. I am only talking about the modpack updating component.

I've got this login issue with curseforge for minecraft and it hasn't been working no matter what I do. I've tried logging in through Microsoft and other means of circumventing and it keeps refusing to log in or run the modpack. Any help would be appreciated.

Would you mind opening a ticket for this? can give a temp fix but it would be helpful for users to open tickets so that app support can further investigate why this is happening to some users
