you should ask apex. usually modpacks that are available for install on services like that are by invite from them to the modpack author - who communicates with them and sets things up with them. most only do this for modpacks that have some number of downloads - like 1000 or 5000.

and with most of them, you can upload your own files for personal servers - if that is what you are looking to do

If you want to junk items just slap Void Storage upgrades on your drawers and have it automatically delete overfill items such as arrows or string

for weaponry and armor you can make an enderio filter and slap it onto a 'trash can' and filter it so that only weapons and armor can go in- or simply make a trash can and pipe to it so that everything goes into it. To avoid useful loot and bags going in, put the trash can far far away so that it is the least prio for the piping system to target
