the schematics cannon will allow you to place a chest with all of the required materials next to it and the cannon will shoot the blocks into place, building the structure for you

Hi guys, I've got a problem. I've got 180 mods on my server I've just set up having updated from 19.2. However I've got a problem, I can't seem to collect any stone or anything with my pickaxe, I can't mine a stone furnace either I gave myself in creative mode to test. I'm not getting anything from mining & it's as slow as doing it by hand.

yep, all same. I test before putting on server as stopping & starting a server with 180 mods gets time consuming.

Playing with a shaders mod like Oculus, Iris, or others and want more flair to your world? Don’t know what shader to pick from or where to look? try looking on Shaderlabs or the shaders tab on the CurseForge site.
To get started using shaders:
- Download the shader mod and its requirements for the mod loader you’re using and run the game at least once to generate the shaderpacks folder
- Download the shader you want from either the CurseForge site or Shaderlabs (linked above)
- In the CurseForge app, right-click the modpack profile icon OR click the
button in the modpack profile - Click
Open Folder - Open the
shaderpacksfolder and place the shader file you downloaded in there - Select the shader file in the in-game shaders menu and wait for it to load (if it needs to)
- Play!
WARNING: Shaders do not appear on the CurseForge app. Not every shader will work with Iris or Oculus. Be aware of your computer's ability to handle shaders

One drive and other cloud storages can mess up game saves. And since minecraft both writes and reads files faster then onedrives sync. You could corrupt the world easily
Ex: game saves, onedrive runs a backup check, sees the file isnt the same, tries to "fix it", ends up breaking it instead.

All files uploaded to cf do go through scans. Now something to keep in mind, hackers will always look for ways around systems put in place to stop them. Its kinda like a game to them. "Who can bypass it first"
So with that said, new malware, viruses, etc are made daily. Which makes it harder for companies to block something that isnt even known yet.
This goes for any site or even pc connected to the internet. CF is not alone in this.

Your issue wasnt with cf, it was windows corrupting your graphics card drivers

Nope, its been an ongoing issue between Windows and AMD since April 2023. For what ever reason when windows tries to "update" amd drivers, windows either gets broken drivers from amd OR amd sent windows broken drivers....
Reinstalling them Directly from the AMD site fixes the issue tho.

This issue is only between amd and windows. Intel/Nvidia arent affected by it, as they tend to have their own apps to update whats needed. AMD just wants to be Special

and yeah i got that particular mod from Modrinth or w/e because I was trying to find the First Aid (Forge) for Fabric (and no the First Aid (Fabric) is not the same it's almost a crime that they used the name exact name)
So like First Aid (Forge) is locational damage and divides your health over each of your limbs (Head, Chest, Arms, Legs), disables natural regen and some medical crafting... First Aid (Fabric) like gives you "first aid items" and a status effect debuff... it was really sad, not even close
Body Health System tho that i found on Modrinth is the closet thing to the actual mod and I mean it's probably hard to code stuff like that but they did that thing where they started working on it on 1.19.2 and then they're just ooh well it still has missing features, proper arrow hit locations, HUD features and then they're like whelp lets bump up the Minecraft version for it and spread each of my feature additions across multiple versions
I'm legit about to learn Java and Java Minecraft modding because all this, there's mods on this site, there's mods on that site, use our modloader instead of theres and ooh well we're not gunna use their modloader if you want all these animals come over here. Oh and the start something on one version but not finish it but spread all the updates that are mandatory across multiple minecraft versions

i should put a date on my calendar to just dedicate that entire week to watching "How to Java" videos, reading "How to Java" stuff and learning about the different modloaders
I might use Fabric (there's a lot of performance mods in here), I'm running BSL Shaders with 147+ (147 on profile directory, which is probably more like 168 in actuality) we got 60 FPS lowest was 50 and that was because of massive chunk generation and loading

It's just so clean, like if was able to duplicate this exact modpack on Forge i'd be stuttering, freezing on every generation all kinds of stuff and it wouldn't even matter what performance enhancing mods you have

I think (if i actually beat it into my head to sit down and learn about this stuff) i'm gunna take all the... i wouldn't say simple but for example First Aid (Forge) and just go to town start crunching "Blind Worship's Collections"

wavey basically 3d bushes, BSL shaders maxed 60 FPS like... 86%-100% of 4GB of Allocated RAM being utilized... no snags. Forge, i'd have to dedicated 8 GBs or something lmfao (still stutter and lag haha)
But we'll see how this holds up when i start incorporating dungeon and combat with multiple entities and blah blah. At that point though it'd be my hardware not the software

Makes sense, since everything within the render distance is loaded, which can put a strain on the cpu due to how mc handles ram/processing
your basically running a compture stress test, but on 1 cpu core, with very little multi-threading (if any)

CurseForge and Forge are 2 different things. CurseForge is a mod manager app and Project hosting site. While Minecraft Forge aka Forge is a modloader for Minecraft.
