This is a great policy in a perfect world. But right now a few select mods sitting in this dragged out review process is causing hundreds of thousands of people to be unable to play where they want to.

I.e. pelayori’s cryopod mod with 1.3 million downloads.

We’ve got at least 20 people on Xbox waiting to play with us and they can’t because it’s still cooking like 18 hours after being submitted 🤷🏻‍♂️

Same with a lot of other servers as well not just us, considering it’s one of if not the most downloaded mod for ASA.

Can def agree with this and you are right its many of us on hold till things get pushed through. I went through every single one of our mods this morning and reached out to the modders to find out ETA as in if they have submitted etc and basically for the ones who do communicate well its all a waiting game. We have a lot of XBOX folks as well waiting to join but cant make the server change yet or we will lose a lot of mods not compatible yet. Some i am willing to drop tho who just dont communicate. Either way looking forward to a better refined process and would be nice if modders could have gotten their hands on the kits well before launch day. (Been running a 7 year Full clustered Console community for PS for ASE but also have PC as well) Looking forward to another 7+ years in ASA with our community and the new crossplay peeps that can now play with us !

Hello my friend, how are you? I am the community manager here and i'd love to clarify. Squizzles is a long time member of our moderation team here in discord and knows this server in and out. We have a set of rules in #📛︱rules and when it comes to reaching out using DM's and pinging Rule #6 states that:
"Blind DM's are considered spam, Don't DM people unless asked, THIS INCLUDES DISCORD/OVERWOLF STAFF. Advertising anything via an unapproved DM is an instant ban. Same goes for pinging our team."

As mentioned here previously, we have support channels here for everything so reaching out to our team here is no issue. Contacting via DMs is a bad way to go as it is unsafe for anyone and has no records on our end to allow us to keep things recorded and orgaznied. The moderators here are volunteers with years if experience, knowledge and passion. They do not provide support for official Overwolf/CF matters (This can be done via our ticket system in the cf website) so it doesn't make sense for them to deal with DM's in a personal level as the support they provide should only be done on our channels here. They are a group of valuable, friendly and knowledgeable people that are in constant communication with us and they take a big part in shaping the way we want to run our communities by sharing our values and wanting to push modding forward. There isn't documentation for the ascended version of this mod as he's working on the guides still. Here's a command from the old wiki to try but you may need to play with the numbers after the creature id
