I reduced it a little with the bilinear filter, I wanted to know if it is possible to reduce it more

That looks like a standard Moiré pattern, happens with most types of textures and those bricks are basically perfect for it (with all of their sharp lines and everything)
Using something the the anisotropic filtering and mipmaps will probably help with that
Also, you mentioned a huge render texture.... are you scaling the world or the render texture?
The tiles are being drawn on a RenderTexture isntead of only drawing the visible tiles (because the language i'm using is not too fast)
