AT first me and my friends whom i was streaming to joked that since the racing ship in my play through Brutal Error would spawn and track me down to challenge me every single ring dive without fail no mater depth or location, that he was my stalker. Now when he shows up I press the Dialog for "Im here to work, not play" and he goes away for like 20 minutes. Im usualy trying to fill up a Titan or my Cothon Bender and my Dives are like 40 minutes long. Brutal error just shows back up, challenges me again then doesn't have any reactions to his dialog. Sits right at the minimum safe distance from my ship, and whenever his forward thrusters fire he cooks my hardpoint mounts and RCS thrusters as well as constantly activating my Pilots Adrenal slow down for a collision. I have more screenshots ill add from my other gaming laptop, but this one is from me playing on my Macbook Pro running Ventura (13.7.6) . Yesterday on my Dell G7 running windows 11 (Whatever is current as of writing, I cant check atm) it happened 4 separate times.
