I proudly stuffed my OCP as full as I could and ended up with a 2.6M E$ estimated cargo value, getting back to the station this got adjusted to 2.5M E$ but I only got paid 1.6M E$ as is evident by the log. It appears that I did not paid for the processed ore.

Now that I look at it, it appears that the processed ore "chunks" in the dive output screens do not have values attached to them. Is it possible that I brought so many chunks back that not all of them, including the processed ones, got properly counted?

I am checking this with 1.35.5, which did have a patch that is related to the ore summary screen. Possibly this is fixed already?

My current dive I'm trying to fill out a K225 BB, so maybe I can get another example of this?
Or maybe I need to do a file check on Steam or reinstall. I've had dV installed for who knows how longs now. Maybe since the release of EIME I think back in EA?

corrupted files would get you random crashes, not this.
But do check how these logs look for you after you get back now
one possible cause is that the "selling ore" routine kept running in the background and you accessed the logs before it was done?
do note that 1:34 here:
it means it took total of 1 minute 34 seconds from the first ore nugget being sold to the last one
(that is the in-game time)

Well, it also showed my balance as 5M instead of 6M
And it still did so after I repaired my ship whichs was after I had looked at the logs

I would fully expect that if that happened, the logs I'd get from your save would say these things
do @ me when you get back from you dive and have the opportuninty to look at the logs
(I mean the in-game logs)

that woukld basically mean that you entered the "logs" screen before all the ore finished selling.

switch over to the Experimental branch to get this improvement now.

Did another OCP dive and hauled a lot of chunks to the station. Apparently your hypothesis was probably right. I must've opened the log too quickly. I tried to open the log before the chunks finished selling and it registered a lower amount again. Reloading the save caused the log to show the correct amount. The new dive summary is much better, I experienced almost no lag. Compared to the lag and stuttering of the old version, it's night and day difference.
