When lidar does a sweep and finds something it makes a sound... Thats neat and all but with stock lidar its hard to tell from what direction the ping came as it spins too fast. So i propose that if lidar makes a ping it could mark direction for half a second on lidar feed.

yeah, but it's very common that I end up staring at the pilot screen for like five minutes and can't figure out what the heck the lidar is upset about because it can't be arsed to tell me what bearing it saw the beep in
